Alignment: The conscious ability to focus attention, materialize resources, and create positive impact in support of that which is most sacred (your mission) is the essence of the principle of Energetic Alignment. In this process, clients are guided to the core drivers of their why and connected with their inherent power to co-create with crystal clear and grounded integrity.

Authenticity: Personal Authenticity is not just a goal, it is an essential step in the Liberatory process. In order to actualize the type of aligned life we are creating, we must completely and unapologetically affirm and live into our truths, talents, and unique perceptions (personally, culturally, and within our businesses). Through various modalities, we teach how to incorporate the continually unfolding practice of present moment awareness, self-knowledge, and deep self-love. We know that the embodiment of personal authenticity is a catalyst to authentically aligned systems and ways of being.

Embodied Liberation: The Embodiment of Personal and Communal Liberation is a Divine byproduct of Energetic Alignment and Personal Authenticity, but must be exercised and celebrated in order to establish new patterns of existence. As we create healthy selves and healthy paradigms, we must heal and release harmful and worn out ones. We practice the ways we have uncovered about our most sacred selves- aspiring to embody every nuance of our freedom.

Communal Healing- Communal healing is the way in which we bring our full selves and our communal experiences together and reaffirm our inherent beauty and power. Our offerings include The Healing Theater ceremonial experience, community talks, retreat facilitation/presentations, author and academic chats, as well as our online support group The Light Warrior SiStar Hood with Neith Sankofa.
